However, these persons will only have access to this data for as long as is necessary and to the extent necessary, if necessary to provide the service and comply with legal requirements.
3. The processing of personal data does not result in automated processing, on the basis of which acts or decisions would be made, the content of which would be interference with the rights or legitimate interests of citizens.
4. Personal data is processed for the necessary time, which is individual depending on the individual processing purposes. After this period, personal data are discarded or are kept for the period stipulated by the applicable Records and Retention Schedules, issued in accordance with Act No. 499/2004 Coll., On Archiving and Records Service.
